How Malaysian Are You??
I'm stealing this survey from Dawn's blog: How Malaysian are you? :P It was actually administered by the Star Online. It's a mini-questionnaire on how malaysian you are based on your actions and knowledge about happenings in the country.
Apparently (hmmph....) I'm only like 50% malaysian. WHY WHY WHY????
I SOOOO want to be more Malaysian. Kekekeke. When asked where I'm from I say I'm from Malaysia, not japan not korea. :( I don't speak much BM. When in Malaysia, I try to smile at random ppl on the streets. I wouldn't attempt to bribe a policeman if I could. I don't criticize the government like there's no tomorrow. I sing praises about the level of civic-consciousness among Malaysians. I don't spit. I don't park illegally. I don't jump line and pretend like I didn't know what I just did. I'm an average Malaysian. Really I am! (or isit?)
It's just weird how once you get to overseas, you suddenly become more patriotic in terms of identifying yourself as Malaysian. Suddenly you realize you're Malaysian Chinese and not just Chinese.

My goodness! I'm 50% Malaysian too! 48.8% to be exact (22 of 45).
I am proud to be Malaysian not because I'm proud about the country's achievements (except mega projects)... but I'm proud because I lived my life there and it meant something to me one way or another... i dunno...
Yeaaa that's the only thing that ties me to msia i guess. i'll say i'm from msia because i was born there n lived most of my life there. oh and also coz i'm proud of our food

ok i take back what i've said. I just did the quiz and WTF, i got only 51.1%!!!

You definitely 'Boleh'! In fact, you practically bleed red, yellow and blue, doncha? You ought to try getting your name in the Malaysian Book of Records by making the biggest roti canai, or better still, spending a couple of the nights in a glass cage with 30,000 ular sawas, or well, something. Just think BIG.
To be a Malaysian = BIG time KIASU.

AWWW GIN that's so sadddddd. hahaha. yea I definitely tot it was a bit out of line with the ppl i generally mix with. I mean i dun eat roti every morningggggggg but tat doesnt make me not malaysian. and also, have ta be rude to be a msian?? Hmmphhhh....

32 of 45...not bad I guess. More malaysian than most of you. hahha
